Professional liability insurance

The Federal German Bar Association Code requires lawyers to take out and maintain professional liability insurance cover for an insured amount of not less than EUR 250,000. Please refer to Section 51 of the Bar Association Code (BRAO) for further details.

RA Michael Rehr-Zimmermann holds a professional liability insurance policy from HDI-Gerling Firmen und Privat Versicherung AG. The insured sum is up to EUR 2,500,000 per insured event with an annual ceiling of EUR 5,500,000.
